JOHNNY DOLLAR MAKES A SPLASH!

A sad, wet, shipping box.

My copies of Yours Truly, Johnny Dollar arrived from the publisher today. These are beautiful looking books and were packed well, which I mention only because the USPS decided to leave the box of books laying in my driveway while it was raining. The box was soaked, but thankfully, Moonstone Books packs their products well so they didn't get damaged.

That minor hiccup aside, my copies arrived today and they look great. I will have copies at the Atlanta Comic Convention 1 day show in July. www.atlantacomicconvention.com

Says editor, Tommy Hancock about the book: "To say this book was a bucket list item for me and a labor of love would be all kinds of understatement. And then, add to that that this book took years to come together for various reasons. Even with that, I can say that not only is this one of the books I am the most proud of, but I feel one of the best stories I've ever written is in this collection as well. Gentile for faith in this project and to each and every author in this book for their patience and willingness to tag along on this dream of mine. Get your copy today! Let me know what you think!"

A note from editor Tommy Hancock:
"To say this book was a labor of love would be understating it for me, and like most projects that are such, this one encountered road blocks and detours, but is finally on its way. Thanks to Gary Phillips, Barry Reese, Joshua M. Reynolds, Ron Fortier, Eric Fein, Joe Gentile, Bobby Nash,
Douglas Klauba, Adam Shaw (whose work will be seen on another edition of this book), and others, YOURS TRULY, JOHNNY DOLLAR is on its way from Moonstone!

The stories in this volume are top notch and this is a bucket list item for me, so it means a lot to me that all involved have weathered the years it has taken to get it out. And I feel like the story I wrote for this one is one of my best to date. But of course, I'm a fan...of Johnny's, not of mine."

More on this as we get closer. Gonna push the heck out of this.

My story in this collection is titled "The Girl’s Best Friend Matter" and it finds Johnny on the trail of jewel thieves who are after the most precious of treasures.

Stay tuned for more details as I get them.
