2015! A BANNER YEAR!

Working on some banners for my convention appearances. Here are three I worked up that I like featuring cover art from Snow Falls (by Dennis Calero), Ghost Gal (by Jamie Chase), and Domino Lady (by Uwe Jarling). What do you think? I think these would look good behind my table at a convention.

Coming 2014

I had a pretty good evening of work on Ghost Gal tonight. Not only did I get a good bit of research accomplished, but I also managed to get in some writing on the opening chapter as well. Not a bad evening, but it's well after 2:30 in the morning so I think it's time to call it a night. I'll get back to it tomorrow.

I also started setting up things for the new year, including interviews, guest blogs, conventions, and podcast schedules. Definitely a full day's work.

Let's do this again tomorrow, shall we?

ESO GETS BANNERED!

Check out the new convention banner for The Earth Station One Network of podcasts, as designed by ESO Director, Mike Faber. Pretty snazzy, I think. Look for the banner wherever ESO is set up. This banner will premiere at TimeGate on Memorial Day weekend.

I co-host the Earth Station One podcast and frequently guest on Earth Station Who and sometimes pop up on others shows as I'm invited.

RETURNING TO THE SCENE OF THE CRIME

I’ve started planning my 2013 convention schedule and plans for how I’ll set up my table. I’m planning to play up the crime element because most of my books tend to have a crime thriller element to them.

To that end, I’ve also planning how to incorporate some of those elements into the website, probably as headings on the pages in the tabs above. It’s sill a work in progress, but I’ve created some ads/banners featuring the chalk outline image I started incorporating into my convention table designs earlier this year. I can also use these as covers on my Facebook and Google+ pages. Pasted below are the ads I came up with to start. Look for more coming down the pike soon.
