AT THE EARTH'S CORE SPOTTED IN HOLLYWOOD!

This made my day. My buddy, Gary sent me these photos from the Arc Light Hollywood. Look what was on display in their movie-related book section. Edgar Rice Burroughs' At The Earth's Core graphic novel by me and Jamie Chase.

How cool is that?

Thanks, Gary.

AN ALTERNATE LOOK...

Alternate un-used cover by Jamie Chase
Jamie Chase shared this alternate cover for the graphic novel of our graphic novel adaptation of Edgar Rice Burroughs' At the Earth's Core we did for Sequential Pulp Comics and Dark Horse Comics on his Facebook page so I thought I would share it here. It's a beautiful cover. You can still find copies here and there.

This was a fun book. It was a real treat stepping into Edgar Rice Burroughs' playground, even for a short time. Though dated in some places, it is a great novel and I enjoyed re-reading it to prepare for this book. A fun project.

ALEXANDRA HOLZER'S GHOST GAL: THE WILD HUNT GOES ON TEMPORARY HIATUS!

Cover art: Jamie Chase
Change is coming!

It is with a heavy heart that Alexandra Holzer and I announce that the novel, Alexandra Holzer's Ghost Gal: The Wild Hunt written by Bobby Nash is going out of print effective immediately.

At least until it can rise again.

See what I did there? Yeah. I know. It was corny. Moving on.

Alex and I are both committed to the character and hope to have news about Ghost Gal's return very soon. This is simply the first step toward making it happen after our original publisher, Raven's Head Press' Michael Hudson passed away. Michael got the Ghost Gal ball rolling for us. Now, Alex and I will keep it rolling.

Stay tuned here for news as soon as we have some to share.

WHEN THE ADVENTURE ENDS... WISHING PELLUCIDAR A FOND FAREWELL!

Jamie Chase's post about the news.
Sadly, it looks as though artist Jamie Chase and I won't be making our return trip to savage Pellucidar. With Dark Horse opting out and offering up a reprint of DC Comics' 1970's Pellucidar strip (a great read) and American Mythology's announcement of a new Pellucidar comic (I wish them nothing but the best), we've accepted that our Edgar Rice Burroughs' At The Earth's Core graphic novel was a one and done.

As sad as it is that we won't be able to continue onward with David, Dian, and Abner on their adventures, working on this project has left me with fond memories and great experiences as well as a great friendship with Jamie Chase, who I hope to work with again down the road, and a book on my shelf that I am immensely proud to have been part of and thankful for the chance to play in ERB's sandbox.

Jamie shared a few completed pages from Pellucidar on social media that I am also sharing here. These are some of the pages that we had already started working on in preparation for release. I believe we have 15 completed pages so far. Please, enjoy the art from Pellucidar and know that we appreciate all who read the book and especially to those who took the time to leave us reviews and kind words. It means a lot and I am immensely gratified.
If you are interested in picking up our Edgar Rice Burroughs' At The Earth's Core graphic novel, you only have a limited time. Once Dark Horse Comics sells out of the original print run, the book will go out of print and no new copies printed. Your local comic book store or book store can order a copy for you or you can click Read More... below to see links to some on-line retailers as well.

Thanks again and remember to live the adventure.

Bobby

My favorite page from Pellucidar so far. Love it. -Bobby

A GHOST OF A TEASE...

The author at >ahem!< work.
I posted a couple of teases to my social media pages over the weekend while I was writing. I wanted to share them here. If you'd like to keep up with me on social media, please check out my pages on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Google+.

Post 1. Saturday. Stepped out of the office to do some writing today. Sometimes you just need a change of venue. Borrowed my parents camper as my office for the day. And yes, the image is blurred on purpose. Can't show off much today.

Post 2. Sunday. Back at work in my parent's camper today. I was so productive yesterday, I decided to work here again today. It's quiet and comfortable. Sorry again for the blurry screen, but... spoilers.

Here's a tease though. I just wrote these character names. Some of you will recognize them from a previous novel of mine. Alexandra, Jacob, and Samuel.

Post 3. Sunday. After posting two blurry teases, I was asked if I could post something clearer. Okay, how's this? Today's tease.

For those who haven't pieced it together, this is a tease from a work in progress on Alexandra Holzer's Ghost Gal: A Haunting We Will Go... coming in 2016 from Raven's Head Press.

More news on this new novel as soon as we have it.

Of course, Book 1-- Alexandra Holzer's Ghost Gal: The Wild Hunt is still available in paperback, ebook, and audio book.

A NEW ERB'S AT THE EARTH'S CORE AMAZON REVIEW POSTED!

A big thank you to Timothy Deforest for his kind Amazon review of Edgar Rice Burroughs' At The Earth's Core graphic novel adaptation by Bobby Nash and Jamie Chase from Sequential Pulp Comics and Dark Horse Comics.

Tim writes: This is an enormously enjoyable adaptation of Burroughs' first Pellucidar novel. It's a faithful version of the story and the art has a rawness to it that highlights the savagery of Pellucidar.

Much appreciated, Tim.

Of course, there's still plenty of time for you to pick up a copy and judge for yourself. See what fans have been saying and order your copy today for 15% off at Amazon.
