NEW CONVENTION APPEARANCE ADDED - NEXT CHAPTER CON ON SEPTEMBER 7TH!

I've added a new convention appearance to my #TheSummerofSnow tour. Join me and a host of talented writers on Saturday, September 7, 2019 for Next Chapter - a Books and Author Convention in Ringgold, GA. The event runs 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. and helps support your favorite local libraries.

Welcome to Next Chapter Con in Ringgold, GA. Looking for a books and authors convention in the Georgia / Tennessee area? Mark a place for us in your diary on September 7.
Join independent authors, publishers, and artists for a day of celebrating literature. Authors and comic book artists will be
displaying their work, which is available for purchase. You won't want to miss it. Whether you're a reader, writer, or artist, this is a great opportunity to meet you new favorite characters. Select authors will also be participating in open panels throughout the day, where they will talk about their work and share inside information on writing your best story.

Also, $2.00 of your admission will be given back to a local library or school of your choice.

Learn more about Next Chapter Con HERE.

I hope to see you there.

THE WRAP UP--THE SAVANNAH QUILL SWEETS, TREATS, AND READS FALL FESTIVAL!

I was a guest at The Savannah Quill Sweets, Treats and Reads Fall Festival on October 20, 2018 in Savannah, GA. The convention ran from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. at the Cottonwood Suites in Pooler, Georgia, just one exit up from Savannah.

Adam Messer put on a great event in a nice convention space. Sadly, there wasn't much turnout from people coming to the event, which is a shame because there was a lot of good stuff there to see and do from authors and vendors alike. There were panels as well. I was on a panel at 1 p.m. along with authors Monica Floyd and John Stamp to talk about being an indie writer. It was a fun panel.

I had an amazing time and meet some cool new folks as well as catching up with friends. I hope they will be able to do another Savannah Quill festival. There's a lot of potential here.

I had also planned to head down I-95 about 99 miles to Kingsland, Georgia to tour the Stage 9 sets where Starship Farragut and Star Trek Continues were filmed. I love the sets and was looking forward to spending time visiting. Alas, as happens, things got in the way that kept me away from touring that grand ol' ship again. To those who were able to make it down for the open house, I hope you had a great time. I am loving seeing all of the photos posted.

SNOW ASSEMBLY REQUIRED!

Playing around with some potential merchandise ideas for conventions, signings, and to sell through my website.

What do you think of this Snow puzzle and box? I'm considering doing a few book covers this way. I've got the prototype on its way. Fingers crossed it looks good.

Thoughts?
