I attended the first, of what I hope are many more to come, TIGERCON, an all-ages event held at
Tucker High School in Tucker, GA on Friday, May 3rd from 1:30 - 5:30. During school hours, (1:30 - 3:30), the event was or students only and I answered a lot of questions about writing, publishing, and various questions about creativity and the creative process. It was an absolute amazing day.
Things slowed down for the after school part and the panels did not happen because of the low attendance, but I think the students had a ball. I know I did. It was amazing.
A big thank you to Adam Minott, Roberta Barber, and the Tucker high school librarians and teachers for hosting the event and for inviting me to be part of it.
