As a kid, I was enamored by all things outer space. I read books on the solar system, NASA, about astronauts, and of course, science fiction stories in books and on TV. I was nuts for anything related to space.
My first fictional encounter with space was Star Trek, which ignited a love of exploration. From there, I couldn't get my hands on space stuff fast enough.
Seeing images and video from the new Artemis II mission has rekindle some of that old fire. I am still enamored of all things outer space. Thanks, NASA and the Artemis II crew.
