Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Savannah Quill book convention has been postponed from the current March 11, 2017 date. At this time, a new date has not been set. If the new date, once locked, does not conflict with my schedule, I still hope to attend.

Media Contact: Adam Messer,

The Savannah Quill book convention will not take place March 11, 2017. Unfortunately, we have been negotiating with a venue since November 2016 and those negotiations closed this week without booking that venue.

After careful consideration, other venues are being explored, and the target date is set for Fall 2017. Once the new venue contract is signed, we will send out an update with time/place/locations. This change is to accommodate our large number of traveling authors and attendees for

We appreciate your understanding with this change and are looking forward to continuing to serve our community with local partners like the Live Oak Public Libraries, The City of Bloomingdale Recreation Department, our sponsors, our authors, and all of you for your support.

In the meantime, please join our conversation
