Bobby will be part of a Breakout Session panel on creating comics books and graphic novels at 11:30 am and the Indie Authors forum panel at 1pm with Bowen Craig, David List, Comfort Rexford, Mikhayla Smith, Rob White, and Hattie Thomas Whitehead.

Southeastern Mystery Writers: Southern Fried Crime Conference on September 27 - 28, 2024 in Eatonton, GA. Bobby will host the "How to Have a Successful Author Event" panel on September 28th. Bobby will only be there Saturday.

How to Have a Successful Author Event with Bobby Nash
Session Description
Most authors get that sinking feeling in the pit of their stomach when they hear the words promotion and marketing. Author events can showcase a writer’s work to potential new audiences. We’ll look at potential venues, where to learn about events, how to approach them about potentially doing an author event, and what comes after you set one up. We’ll look at what to bring, how to manage your expectations for events, how to promote the event before, during, and after. We’ll use physical examples, view photos from events, and offer helpful information to follow up post-conference.
