BOBBY JOINS THIS WEEK'S EARTH STATION ONE PODCAST TO TALK ALL THINGS ROY THOMAS!

I joined my pals on the Earth Station One podcast this week for a look at the work and career of legendary comic book writer Roy Thomas. You can listen to the full episode HERE.

With Mike Faber, Michael Gordon, and Mark Holmes. Oh, and we may have given a big about out to that award-winning Mark Maddox guy too. Maybe. :)

Thanks again, guys. It's always a treat to visit the station.

Repost ESO:
Stan Lee is know as the father of the Marvel Universe, but Roy Thomas is the 'kid' who took it to the next level. For over 50 years Roy has been creating characters that are now mainstays of the MCU, then going to work for the direct competition and exploring the golden age heroes of the DC Universe. As always we want to hear from you at earthstationone@esonetwork.com. If you enjoy our show please tell your friends about us. Also, please subscribe, rate and leave feedback wherever fine podcasts are found.

DAREDEVIL SEASON 3 REVIEW!

Marvel's Daredevil season 3 was absolutely phenomenal. This is, hands down, my favorite season of all the Marvel Netflix shows based on bits and pieces from 'Born Again' and 'Guardian Devil' among other notable DD stories. Strong writing, engaging cast, and powerhouse performances from Charlie Cox and Vincent D'Onofrio. I'm ready to go back and rewatch from season 1. Great stuff. Highly recommended. #Daredevil

Anyone else watch? What are your thoughts?

BOBBY AND STORY GEEKS REVIEW DAREDEVIL: YELLOW!

I joined my buddy, Jay Sherer on The Reclamation Society's Story Geeks podcast. We talk Daredevil comics and TV while reviewing the Daredevil: Yellow mini series.

New Podcast! Why is Daredevil known as "The Man Without Fear"? Bobby Nash joins Jay Sherer for a review and a deep dive into #Daredevil: Yellow by Jeph Loeb and Tim Sale.
First up, our review--Quality, Story Depth, and Likelihood to Refer it to others.
Does this comic dive deep enough into the spirituality of Matt Murdock?
How does this series compare to other Daredevil comics and the Netflix series?
How does Bobby Nash know so much about comics?!?!

New podcast. New name. New logo.

BOBBY PAYS A VISIT TO HELL'S KITCHEN!

I joined the ESMCU crew to talk about Daredevil.
-----
In our 20th episode, John and Jennifer are joined by Bobby Nash and Jp Patrick to dissect the first half of Marvel's first Netflix series, Daredevil. What made it so successful? Does binge watching make a difference in how you tell a story? And what lengths would JP go to, to get Rosario Dawson's phone number?
Please note that we recorded this episode BEFORE Jon Bernthal was announced as the new Punisher, so our lengthy discussion about Jason Statham is all the more amusing now.

Give it a listen here or here.

SPAAAAACEEEEEE JUMP!

Felix Baumgartner just seconds before the jump.

I watched the Red Bull Stratos Space Jump live on The Discovery Channel today. Although this isn’t pulp fiction like Lance star: Sky Ranger, the brave man who performed the jump is the true definition of a pulp hero, brave and possibly just a little crazy.

Congratulations to Felix Baumgartner on his history making leap.
