SNEAK PEEK - NEW LANCE STAR SERIALIZED NOVEL COVER!

I have the most creative friends. The new Lance Star: Sky Ranger serialized novel premiered with chapter 1 on Patreon early this morning. The Lance Star and the Crown of Gengis Kai (this is the final, corrected title, by the way) novella is a retelling of a comic strip story I wrote a few years back. The novella will take the premise of the comic strip and flesh it out. You can follow the serialized novel at www.patreon.com/bobbynash each week. Patreon tiers start as low as $1. This is the 3rd serialized novel. Suicide Bomb and the upcoming "In The Wind" were originally presented in a serialized chapter uploaded each week(ish).

The original strip was drawn by James Burns, who also handled the art on the Lance Star: Sky Ranger comic book called "One Shot!" You can learn more about it at https://indyplanet.com/lance-star-sky-ranger-1. It is still on sale as well. Paperback: $3.00 and ebook: $1.49. You should grab a copy. The strips for this story also appear in Über-Tales #1. You can find it for only $5.00 in paperback at https://indyplanet.com/uber-tales

I used the cover James had drawn back then in the Chapter 1 graphic. Today, James surprised me with a new, updated cover to use starting with chapter 2 next week. This cover will also grace the print and ebook version of this novella when it goes to print later this year. The original strips will be included in the BEN Books edition too. You can read Lance Star and the Crown of Gengis Kai Chapter 1 for FREE at https://www.patreon.com/posts/39619859

Look for chapter 2 next week.

Check out the new cover. I think you'll like it.

Thanks again, James.

First, you put some Snow in a box...

As we near the conclusion of SNOW series 1, I'm planning some new BEN Books Bundles that will be released soon. These are still in the planning stages so they are subject to change.

Snow Box 1 will contain all 6 novellas, autographed, and a few other goodies I'm still sorting out.

Snow Box 2 will contain SNOW Series 1 Vols 1 & 2 (Dennis Calero covers), autographed, and a few other goodies I'm still sorting out.

Snow Box 3 will contain SNOW Series 1 Vols 1 & 2 (Jeffrey Hayes covers), autographed, and a few other goodies I'm still sorting out.

I may also put together a hardcover box as well as an ebook bundle and, if there's interest, maybe even a box with all of the editions included. Still working out all the details on that. Thoughts? Are there any other box sets you would be interested in seeing? I'm contemplating a Domino Lady box too as there are 2 new DL books on the way soon. I'm not the publisher so I will have to work that out. If there's interest, let me know.

These Snow Boxes will be in the same vein as my Bobby's Big Box O' Books special, which is still ongoing at HERE.

And, as always, you can buy autographed books from me anytime at https://bobbynash.square.site or by dropping me an email or DM on social media.

Stay tuned!

WE LOVE READER REVIEWS! SNOW FALLS AUDIO GRABS 5 BIG STARS!

We Love Reviews! A HUGE thank you to my friend, author Van Allen Plexico (go read his stuff!) wrote a 5 STAR review of the SNOW FALLS audio on Audible (he also shared it on Facebook). Thanks for the kind words, Van. This absolutely made my day. I'm glad you enjoyed it.

Repost Van Allen Plexico on Audible:
"Classic Nash Thriller! This is standard Bobby Nash, which is to say standard excellence. There’s the flavor of elements like Connelly and Child and Justified, but mostly it’s Nash’s own excellent grasp of conveying the modern action thriller that shines through. And the man knows his way around a crime thriller. I loved the downtown Atlanta setting, too. I thoroughly enjoyed it. It doesn’t hurt to have a professional, nuanced performance of the material by Stuart Gauffi."

SNOW FALLS is available in paperback, ebook, and audio book.

WE LOVE READER REVIEWS! SNOW FALLS NABS 5 STARS!

We Love Reader Reviews! Somehow I missed this one on GoodReads from 2019, but I wanted to share. A big thank you to Steven for his kind words and 5 STAR GoodReads review of Snow Falls.

"Snow Falls is about a military man finding his new place in life when he is thrust back into active duty. It sets up an interesting family dynamic and a cast of adversaries for the next books of the series while providing a fun, easy read. The main character, Abraham Snow, is a Jack Ryan type in that he makes a good perspective for readers to follow into whatever plot is set before him."

WE LOVE READER REVIEWS! DOMINO LADY NOVEL GETS 3 STARS!

WE LOVE READER REVIEWS! A big thank you to Craig for his kind words and 3 STAR GoodReads review of my DOMINO LADY "Money Shot" pulpy political thriller novel published by Moonstone Books. You can read the full review HERE.

"This volume contains two novellas featuring pulp-era heroines, a Domino Lady by Bobby Nash and a Golden Amazon by Howard Hopkins. I quite liked the Domino Lady story. Ellen Patrick was a high-society girl in Hollywood who decided to become a masked crime fighter after her father was murdered by the mob. Her original adventures appeared in 1936 in exploitive under-the-counter magazines under a pseudonym that no one knows to this day. This modern iteration shows Ellen to be strong and intelligent, and it's interesting to note the contrast from exploitive to empowered. Money Shot (which is a reference to assassination, not porn), is a good adventure in which she investigates the shooting of a politician, finds and faces the bad guys, and, of course, emerges triumphant. (It kept me guessing (spoiler); I had thought the young reporter, Andrea, was involved in the set-up.) I also liked the fact that Nita Van Sloan was a participant; she was Richard (Spider) Wentworth's fiancé. I didn't much care for the other story. The Golden Amazon appeared in a series of twenty-some novels by John Russell Fearn over quite a few years starting in the 1930's. Many of them were a mix of interstellar and mystical adventures and it was impossible to get a handle on any rational continuity. Ripper, Burning Bright shows Violet Ray Brant suddenly finding that she has weird powers and facing Jack the Ripper a half-century after his last appearance. There are other shadowy forces and powers at work, the viewpoint narrative shifts unclearly, and it never quite comes together. The book has several typos that interrupt the stories; better copy-editing would have helped. For example, on page 190 "Wilson had tired" should have been "tried." There are a few misplaced letters like that which change the meanings confusingly and the reader has to stop to figure it out. Anyway, I recommend the Domino Lady story, and the second half of the double bill is there if nothing better grabs your attention."

Domino Lady "Money Shot" is available in hardcover, paperback, and ebook. Get yours today!

Thanks again, Craig.
