I didn't work on the first issue of Moonstone Books' new Domino Lady/Sherlock Holmes mini series, which is written by New York Times Bestselling Author Nancy Holder with art by Reno Maniquis and colors by James Brown. The cover is by Paul Niemeyer.

However, I did co-author the second issue with Nancy Holder, which picks right up where issue #1's cliffhanger ending leaves off. Issue #2 should be available a month from now.

DOMINO LADY AND SHERLOCK HOLMES TEAM UP IN 2013!

Moonstone Books has released their solicitations for Domino Lady/Sherlock Holmes #1 (of 2), which will be in stores in April 2013. Although I didn’t work on this issue, I did co-write issue #2 with Nancy Holder, which I assume will be out in May (I’ll post an update when I know for certain).

I always have fun working with two of my favorite ladies: Nancy Holder and The Domino Lady. This was also my first time writing Sherlock Holmes, a character I’ve resisted tackling previously. I felt much more comfortable writing Holmes in comic book form as opposed to prose. The “As Written by Watson” format always throws me.
