UPDATE...

Thanks to all who have reached out to check on me. It is appreciated. Here's an update and a proof of life photo. :)

I injured my hip and back a few weeks back, which triggered a major Sciatica attack. I've been mostly bedridden the past 3 weeks,

I'm a bit improved over last week, but still in a good bit of pain from the Sciatica flare up. I tried to sit up and do some writing, but not much success. Hard to get comfortable sitting up and walking yet. My trip to urgent care helped. Mending slowly, but getting there. Slow and steady.

I hope to be back posting regularly soon.
