I joined authors David Boop, Josh Vogt, James Palmer, and Adam Lance Garcia as guests on Art Sippo’s Art’s Reviews podcast this week. We had great fun talking about the recently released The Black Bat Returns anthology from Moonstone Books as well as a few of our other projects including Domino Lady, Day of the Destroyers, and the upcoming Domino anthology. It’s always great chatting and catching up with Art and the guys. I hope you’ll give the podcast a listen. You can find it here.

"The Black Bat Returns" New Stories for a Classic Pulp Hero
David Boop, Bobby Nash, Josh Vogt, James Palmer, and Adam Garcia are my special guests for this show highlighting their contributions to a Moonstone anthology of new stories about the Black Bat. There are crossovers, team-ups, origin tales, and old fashioned adventure in each of the nine tales in this volume. There is also a preview of the book "The Day of the Destroyers" which pits Special Agent Jimmie Flint against forces that are conspiring against the United States. Aiding agent Flint is.... The Black Bat!

We have a have wide-ranging discussion on the significance of these stories in the shared continuity of the New Pulp World as well as some exclusive insights into the writing of these stories. And each of the authors tells us what projects they have coming out in the near future.

Bobby's story for The Black Bat Returns is called "Dead By Dawn."
Hired mercenaries ambush District Attorney Tony Quinn and Carol Baldwin while the crime-fighting duo are out enjoying a relaxing night on the town. The hired guns thought it would be an easy assignment, taking down a blind lawyer, his socialite girlfriend, and their driver. Little did they know that the DA is also the masked vigilante known as The Black Bat... and The Black Bat is prepared to show them the error of their ways.
